At the time of arrival the client is required to leave a 300 Euro security deposit against damages. The deposit will be refunded to the client after the property is inspected when checking out. |

A 10 Euro surcharge will be applied to reservations for a one-night stay during the winter season.
For single rooms, the low-season room rate applies.
An extra bed can be added to both the “Padronale” and “Gioiosa” rooms upon the client’s request. A 30% surcharge will apply. |

Check-in: from 5 pm to 8 pm unless other arrangements are made ahead of time with the client.
