Perched up at approximately 470 metres above sea level, “Il Capricorno” offers magnificent views overlooking the Umbrian valleys, especially of the town of Todi. On clear days, when the northern winds blow, the view extends over the entire Umbria-Marches Apennine mountain range.

The building is surrounded by 2.5 hectares of olive groves, grapevines, a fruit orchard, forests, 4 hectares of farmland and the wonderful Umbrian countryside.

Visitors in search of relaxation can wander the marvellous grounds and admire the secular oak trees, ideal for a relaxing shady retreat in the hot summer months. Guests can also go for a refreshing swim in the pool or enjoy a relaxing game of ping-pong.

“Il Capricorno” Farmhouse Inn is also home to a German Shepherd, a sly cat and plenty of other animals!
